Discover the Spirit of Bardowie: A Scottish Craft Gin Experience
Tucked away in the peaceful countryside near Bardowie Loch, our small-batch Scottish craft gin is more than just a drink — it’s a reflection of the land itself. Surrounded by rolling fields, fresh air, and the quiet rhythm of rural life, every bottle we produce captures the essence of this beautiful corner of Scotland.
Our gin begins with nature. We carefully select local botanicals that thrive in the area around Bardowie Loch — wild plants, and cultivated fruits and herbs, and combine these with classic juniper and coriander, all chosen for their character and balance. The ingredients we gather are collected with a respect for the environment, ensuring that what we create is as sustainable as it is flavourful.
The process is one of patience and care. Each batch is distilled in small quantities, allowing us to give every stage of production the attention it deserves. From hand-preparing the botanicals to closely monitoring the distillation, we take pride in crafting a gin that is smooth, aromatic, and deeply connected to its origins.
But this experience isn’t just about what’s in the glass — it’s about where it comes from. Visitors are warmly invited to explore the area, take in the tranquil beauty of Bardowie Loch, and truly immerse themselves in the surroundings that inspire our gin.
Why not come and stay in our converted barn which we now let out via Airbnb?
